Clarity about your information.
What we ask for, why we ask, and the choices your property keeps.

How we handle information
Share only what is needed.
Start with business contact details and a general operational question. The inquiry form sends it to us as an email and the website keeps no copy. Do not send guest names, room numbers, reservation records, payment information or system credentials in the form or a first message.
You decide what we see.
Before assessment work begins, you choose item by item what we may view, copy or keep. Most material is viewed on the day rather than copied.
Agreed in writing first.
We agree in writing what information we may access, how it will be used, and how it will be handled before an engagement begins.
Your people are not graded.
Notes are kept by role and shift, not by name. Checking with a manager is often the right answer, and the report says so.
People remain accountable.
Every finding is reviewed against the supporting evidence before delivery. Recommendations reflect professional judgment and the property’s operating context.
Lexra holds no brand-standard or rating accreditation, and no security certification is claimed.
