Inquiries
Sending an inquiry does not book an assessment, create an agreement or create any payment obligation. We reply by email. Send only information you are entitled to share, and please do not send passwords, payment details, guest records or confidential documents. How we handle inquiries is explained in the Privacy notice.
Assessments
An assessment only goes ahead under a separate written agreement, which sets out its scope and terms and governs that work.
Using the site
Please use the site lawfully. Do not try to disrupt it or the inquiry form, or use the form to send automated, bulk or unrelated messages.
