Privacy notice
1. Who we are and what this covers
Lexra is operated by Lex Fuller Marketing (“we”, “us”). This notice covers this website and the inquiries you send us through it or by email. Questions about it go to lex@lexra.ai.
An assessment is agreed separately in writing. Those documents set out what hotel information we may view, copy or keep during the engagement and how we handle it. They do not reduce any rights you have under the law that applies to you.
2. What we collect
What you send us
If you use the inquiry form, we receive your name, email address and property or business name, the assessment you are interested in, and, if you add them, a short note and whether you would like to see a private example report. If you email us instead, we receive what you choose to send.
Please leave out guest names, room numbers, health details and confidential operational material.
Technical information
Like any website, ours receives technical information needed to deliver pages, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. When you send the form, our inquiry service also uses your network address to limit repeated submissions. It keeps a one-way code derived from the address, not the address itself.
3. How we use it
We use what you send to reply to you, arrange a conversation if you would like one, and keep a record of our correspondence. We use technical information to deliver the website and to protect it and the inquiry form from misuse.
We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising or add you to a mailing list.
4. Who receives it
We use a small number of service providers, who handle information to provide their services to us:
- Website hosting, domain and network providers deliver the site’s pages and receive the technical information described above.
- Our inquiry service and inquiry delivery providers receive what you enter in the form, check it, limit repeated submissions and deliver it to us as an email.
- Our business email provider receives and stores the email we receive and send, including inquiries and our replies.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
5. Where it is processed
Our inquiry service and our inquiry delivery provider process inquiries in the United States. The website is delivered through a content-delivery network with locations in many countries, so technical information may be processed near where you are. Our business email provider may store and process email in the United States and other countries.
6. How long we keep it
| Information | How long |
|---|---|
| An inquiry, and our replies, that do not lead to an engagement | Deleted at our monthly review once 12 months have passed since the last message, then removed from our email trash within 30 days |
| An inquiry that leads to an engagement | Kept with that engagement’s records, as its written terms set out |
| The copy of the email, and the record of the request that carried it, held by our inquiry delivery provider | Up to 30 days |
| Our inquiry service’s protection records (the one-way code and a reference number, not what you wrote) | Expire after two hours (the code) and two days (the reference), then deleted automatically, usually within a few days |
| Our inquiry service’s operational logs (a reference number and whether sending succeeded, not what you wrote) | 14 days, then deleted automatically, usually within three days |
| Technical information held by our website host | According to the host’s log settings |
Our inquiry service does not store what you write; it passes it on for delivery.
7. Cookies, tracking and browser signals
This website does not set cookies, does not store information in your browser and does not use analytics, advertising or session-replay tools. Its fonts and images are served from the site itself.
We do not track visitors over time or across other websites, and the site contains no third-party tracking, advertising or analytics code. Because there is no such tracking, the site works the same way whether or not your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal.
8. Your choices and requests
You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing lex@lexra.ai. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, the law may give you further rights; we will respond as that law requires, and may need to confirm who you are first. You do not need an account to read this notice or make a request.
9. Security
Pages and the inquiry form use encrypted connections (HTTPS), and email is delivered with encryption when the receiving mail server supports it. We use established providers and limit access to inquiries to the people who need them to reply. No website, email service or provider can be guaranteed completely secure, so please keep sensitive information out of inquiries.
10. Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle information, we will update this notice and its effective date on this page before the change applies.
