The platform

Two products, one boundary.

Lexra Recovery runs the workflow a property follows when a stay goes wrong. Lexra Atlas is the reviewed-knowledge layer that makes the workflow specific to your property rather than generic. Both stop at the same place: a named human decision.

How the two fit together

Recovery provides the sequence. Atlas provides the property's own reviewed standards, so the options a manager sees are the options this property actually offers — not a general-purpose suggestion.

Lexra Recovery

The workflow

A five-step sequence: log the issue, assemble reviewed guidance, route the decision to a named manager, prepare the guest-facing wording once a decision exists, and preserve the record.

Lexra Atlas

The standards reader

Deterministic retrieval over content your team has reviewed. It answers property questions with their source, owner and review date attached — and says so plainly when no reviewed answer exists.

Where the machine stops

The most useful thing to understand about Lexra is not what it does. It is where it refuses to continue.

  1. Log

A colleague records what happened. Lexra structures it — category, severity, department, location.

  2. Guidance

Reviewed recovery options are assembled for this property, each carrying its source and authority band.

Lexra stops here

Everything above this line is prepared. Everything below it requires a named human to decide. Lexra does not cross this line, in any tier, for any reason.

  1. Approval

A named manager approves, edits or declines. The most sensitive tier requires a second approver and fails closed.

  2. Draft

Only once a decision exists does Lexra prepare guest-facing wording. There is no send control.

  3. Brief

The decision, its reasoning and the follow-up are preserved as one record.

What is deterministic, and what is not

Different parts of Lexra work in different ways, and the difference matters when you are deciding whether to trust an answer.

Deterministic retrieval

Atlas returns content your team has reviewed and published. It does not generate an answer. When nothing reviewed covers the question, it returns no answer and routes the question to a person.

Assisted drafting

Guest-facing wording is prepared for a manager to read, edit or discard. It is drafted after a decision, never instead of one.

Human authority

Compensation, gestures, upgrades and any guest-facing message are decided by your managers. Lexra records the decision; it does not make it.

Preserved record

Who decided, what they decided, and when, are kept with the case so the reasoning survives the shift change.
