Nothing in Lexra reaches a guest without a named human decision. Recovery options, guest-facing drafts, and published answers all route through manager review and approval — by design, not by setting.
Fictional data, always, in demos.
Every demonstration of Lexra runs on an entirely fictional property with invented guests, staff, and records. No real guest data, no real hotel’s information, is ever used to show the product.
Your information stays yours.
What you share with us in a conversation or a pilot is used to serve your property and nothing else. We don’t sell data, we don’t trade lists, and we don’t name our conversations publicly.
REQUESTING A PRIVATE DEMO
What actually happens.
When you request a founder demo, here is the entire process. Your request comes to the founder directly — there is no sales team, no dialer, and no automated sequence behind the button. We reply personally to schedule a time. The demonstration itself runs on our fictional demo property behind a private sign-in, issued per invitation and revocable at any time. Nothing about your property is entered into the product during a demo, and nothing you tell us is shared or used elsewhere. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so.
DURING A PILOT
Deliberately small. Deliberately careful.
Pilots are deliberately small and deliberately careful. Access is scoped to the people you name. Sensitive recovery actions — anything touching a guest — always carry a manager approval step that cannot be skipped. Every change of substance is reviewed by a second set of eyes before it ships, and we keep an auditable record of what was decided and by whom. As we grow, our security practices are built to be examined — ask us anything about how the product handles your information, and you’ll get a direct answer from the person who built it.
THE LINE WE HOLD
What we won’t do.
- We won’t use real guest data in any demonstration.
- We won’t let the product promise a guest a refund, credit, or upgrade on its own.
- We won’t fabricate reviews, testimonials, or metrics.
- We won’t hide how the system works from the people who run it.
